2021 Will Be the Year of Growth

Hello, hi ?????? I just wanted to drop by and talk about our goals for 2021. First and foremost, I hope everyone’s new year is off to a great start.

Let’s take a minute to thank God because we survived 2020 and we’re surviving January 2021. We all know how January feels like a whole year by itself.

Anyway, one of my goals for 2021 and life in general is to keep my hair healthy and continue to grow it longer.

Last year I briefly discussed a new product I was using called Edge Naturale Follicle Enhancer by Edge Naturale.

If you know me, I always mention how I need to get my life together. I use that phrase to motivate myself to tackle a task or work on something that I’m lacking in my life. This time I’m using my phrase because I’m on a journey to keep my hair healthy. Usually, I am at the salon or at my relative’s home getting my hair done and maintained. However, due to the current state of the world, those two options are not being used at the moment. So, I am maintaining the health of my own hair.

I always keep hair care products on hand for when I need to do my own hair and my kids hair too. Since life is different now, I have been adding to my hair care product collection. This is where Edge Naturale plays an important factor in my hair maintenance.

The latest episode of postpartum had your girl’s edges sliding backwards. I noticed thinning on the upper right area of my hairline. I definitely did not have time for that, so I knew I needed to act fast. I started utilizing Edge Naturale and when I tell you I saw some amazing results, if your girl could do a cartwheel like I used to, I would, because that’s how excited I was when my edges started looking fuller.

I want to say it took about 2.5 to 3 weeks for me to notice a drastic change. I’ll do an updated post soon and illustrate how my edges grew from postpartum to now, so stay tuned for that blog post.

The first thing I enjoyed about Edge Naturale is, it is owned and operated by a black woman. I believe in supporting the black community, especially women. We have to stick together, support and uplift one another. #buyblack

Edge Naturale is made of fresh ingredients. This is important to me because I am at a point in my life where I am trying to be very mindful of the products I use not only for me but for my children as well.

One of the ingredients is peppermint oil. When you first open the bottle, the smell is lovely. It’s not overwhelming, it’s just the right amount of oil. I don’t know about you but the smell of peppermint reminds me of  my youth when I would visit my older relatives. When I would visit them, there would be jars of peppermint sitting around their home or my favorite memory, the grease and oil they used to press my hair.

Another ingredient is jojoba oil. I am a fan of jojoba oil. When I am oiling my hair and my sons’ hair, this is literally my holy grail. We have other oils in our stash but jojoba is my favorite.

Something else to note about Edge Naturale is the packaging. Notice how earlier I said I’m trying to maintain the health of my hair, the packaging says “for healthier natural hair” and I think Edge Naturale is in alignment with my hair goals for 2021.

I would recommend this as a go to product for your hair care needs. When you purchase the follicle enhancement, take the time to focus on regrowing healthy fuller edges because greatness can not be rushed.

I also recommend this product because we’re buying black for all of 2021. So please support and purchase Edge Naturale not only for yourself, but your mom, sister, nieces, aunt, cousin, neighbor and your mail or package handler because I am sure they need and will appreciate the help too.

If you made it to the end of this post then you’re the real MVP and I thank you for rocking with me in the new year.
